North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network works closely with clinical representatives and community leaders to ensure that everyone’s efforts to strengthen primary health care and connect services across the system are effective.

• Clinical Council: consists of representatives from across primary and acute health services whose focus is to provide advice and support to NWMPHN.
• Community Council: consists of community leaders who provide different voices and insight into the unique needs of our region.
